Shipping and Delivery

At zealkraft.com, our aim is to ship our products in a quick, safe, and inexpensive manner Shipping cost is calculated on a "per order," "per item" or "per kilogram" basis and is based on the shipping option you select. We sometimes offer free shipping for specific shipping options in select categories, or free shipping sitewide.

As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.

We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. On average, it takes us about a minimum of 10 days or extended to 2 weeks to ship goods out of our warehouses across USA and Canada because our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.. However, if the quantities ordered are more than 5 pieces per product per style, or if the item ordered is under production, it may take longer to process your order. Should this happen, we will keep you informed by email. we have arranged with DHL/FEDEX to customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep
